        經中南大學粉末冶金研究所測定，特種陶瓷的耐磨性相當于錳鋼的266倍，高鉻鑄鐵的171.5倍。根據的現場運行經驗，皮帶機陶瓷滾筒、輸送帶陶瓷滾筒耐用時間至少5年以上，減少維修頻次和費用。

        實踐證明，陶瓷滾筒使用壽命是傳統包膠滾筒的10倍以上。

2.  摩擦阻力大，不打滑

        傳統橡膠防磨層經過一段時間磨損后，表面變得光滑，易造成皮帶打滑跑偏。陶瓷片表面有凸點，粗糙度高，陶瓷與皮帶相互接觸之間摩擦系數大，所以連續作業不易打滑及跑邊。

3.  陶瓷粘接牢固

        在施工過程中，用高強度陶瓷金屬粘合劑將襯板粘到金屬筒體后，相互擠緊，使之沒有間隙；同時陶瓷與滾筒接觸面有獨特的“燕尾槽”設計，陶瓷與滾筒間粘膠厚度確保1mm以上，粘接剪切強度確保12Mpa以上，確保不發生陶瓷片脫落現象。

4.  安裝簡便

       施工工藝成熟、簡便、周期短。在鋼結構做好后，一個安裝工人1天內一般可完成一臺陶瓷滾筒包膠的安裝，不耽誤客戶生產，方便用戶及時投入生產。

5.  每列陶瓷間的溝槽，便于排水排泥

4. Easy to install

The construction process is mature, simple, and short in cycle. After the steel structure is completed, an installation worker can generally complete the installation of a ceramic drum rubber in one day, without delaying the customer's production, and facilitating the user to put into production in time.
